The consortium will consist of a small number of legal bodies to reach out to a far greater number of informal grassroots initiatives.
Our proposal will consist of three activity fields which span utilization of the Web Platform for civic good, nomadic public spaces for debate and culture as well as dissemination and evaluation efforts.
The aims will be implemented by technically federating conversations, an enforcement of mutual civic education plus substantial contributions to the discourse of supranational self-organization.
